Introduction :

You know that, Working Computer is made up of two main parts,

1. Hardware
2. Software

In this post, we are not talking deeply about Hardware parts, but you have learn in school, the list of hardware in computer i.e. Motherboard, Hard Disk, RAM, Processors, etc.

Now Softwares are of two types,

1. System Softwares
2. Application Softwares

In system software, there is Operating System (O.S).

Now in Operating System, there are two types of Operating Systems,

1. GUI Based OS ( Ex. Windows, Ubuntu, etc)
2. CLI Based OS (Ex. RHEL, Cent-OS, Kali, etc)

Firstly, the main part of Computer is Hardware, next layer is Kernel, after that Operating System, and Operating System Provides User Interface.

Here any single part/section can’t be of any use if the other section is not working properly. As all the sections working in coordination with each other, our computer is working as per our needs. So, every section/part has its own importance in the working computer.
